The Company will transfer your personal data to other entities entrusted with the processing of personal data on behalf of and for the Company based on an appropriate data processing agreement in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR. The Company will disclose personal data to other recipients, including public administration bodies, if such an obligation results from legal provisions.

Your data will not be transferred to third countries or international organizations.

How long will the Company process your personal data?

Personal data will be processed for the period necessary to achieve the processing objectives, the expiration of the claim period, or until effective objection to the processing of personal data is raised.

We will store your data no longer than three months after the termination of the contract with your employer or contractor, who was our client, supplier, or with whom we cooperated on another basis. After this period, our IT services will delete your data from our database in Microsoft's cloud, unless their processing is carried out for another purpose on an appropriate data processing basis.

Your personal data is transferred to the cloud computing service provider, which is currently Microsoft Corporation for us.

8. Do we transfer your data to third countries or international organizations? 

Data will be processed exclusively within the European Economic Area, including our cloud computing service providers.

Do we make automated decisions based on your personal data? We do not make decisions based solely on automated processing, including profiling, that would have legal effects on you or similarly significantly affect you.

10. What rights do you have in connection with the processing of your personal data?

The purpose of the Bookings Service is to integrate with the Microsoft 365 calendar to help customers quickly find available hours and avoid double booking a meeting with an AURACO employee.

After this period, our IT services will delete your data from our database in Microsoft's cloud computing.

Information clause for representatives of AURACO's contractors and persons assigned to perform contracts concluded by AURACO with a contractor

1. Who is the administrator of your personal data?

We process personal data of persons representing and contact persons of AURACO's contractor, including:

  • names and surnames,
  • positions,

  • other data provided voluntarily and necessary for the performance of a specific activity related to the conclusion and performance of the contract between AURACO and AURACO's contractor.

3. For what purpose do we process data?

Personal data of persons representing AURACO's contractor will be processed for the purpose of identifying persons authorized to conclude this Agreement, performing tasks specified by the Agreement, including providing information about the status of their implementation, based on the legally justified interests of AURACO (Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR). In case, after concluding the Agreement, claims arise between AURACO and its contractor, the data may also be used for the purpose of their pursuit or defense.

We process the contact persons' data from AURACO's contractor side for the purpose of performing the contract concluded with AURACO's contractor. Performance of the contract is a legally justified interest of AURACO (Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR).

4. How long do we store your data?

Personal data of persons representing AURACO's contractor will be stored for the period resulting from generally applicable legal provisions, in particular provisions regulating the period of storing documentation constituting evidence of activities affecting the tax base or for making entries in accounting documentation and for the period specified by regulations, in which obligations resulting from the Agreement can be effectively pursued before the court (limitation period for claims).

5. Who may have access to your data?

AURACO may disclose personal data of persons representing and contact persons from AURACO's contractor side to entities authorized under the law, e.g., tax control authorities, and also entrust the processing of personal data to service providers acting on its behalf, in particular entities providing IT, accounting, legal, or consulting services. In accordance with agreements with such entities for entrusting the processing of personal data, AURACO requires these service providers to comply with legal provisions, ensuring a high degree of privacy and security of personal data processed on behalf of the Party.

6. What are your rights in relation to your data?

GDPR grants you the following potential rights related to the processing of your personal data:

  • the right to access your data and receive a copy of the personal data being processed,
  • the right to rectify (correct) your data,
  • the right to delete data (if you think there is no basis for us to process your data, you can request that we delete them),
  • the right to restrict data processing (you can request that we limit the processing of data only to their storage or performing actions agreed with you, if in your opinion we have incorrect data or process them groundlessly),

  1. To the extent necessary to fulfill legal obligations related to conducting recruitment imposed on the Company, the basis for processing is Art. 6(1)(c) of the GDPR in conjunction with Art. 221 § 1 of the Act of June 26, 1974 - Labor Code, hereinafter referred to as the Labor Code;
  2. To take actions at the request of the person the data concerns, before entering into a contract, the basis for processing is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR;
  3. If the recruitment documents contain data beyond the scope specified in the aforementioned Labor Code provisions, the data will be processed based on consent expressed by voluntarily and knowingly sending application documents in accordance with Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR;
  4. If consent is given to participate in future recruitments, data for this purpose will be processed based on voluntary and informed consent in accordance with Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR;
  5. Your personal data may also be processed for the purpose of defense, determination, or pursuing claims related to the recruitment process based on the legitimate interest of the Administrator in accordance with Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Providing personal data within the scope specified in Art. 221 § 1 of the Labor Code is necessary to participate in the recruitment process. Providing personal data beyond the scope required by Art. 221 § 1 of the Labor Code and consent to participate in future recruitments is entirely voluntary.

The Company will disclose your personal data to other entities that have been entrusted with processing personal data on behalf of and for the Company based on an appropriate data processing agreement in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR. How long will the Company process your personal data?

If you participate in the current recruitment process, your personal data will be processed for the duration of this recruitment and will be deleted no later than 3 months after its conclusion. If you consent to participate in future recruitment processes conducted by the Company, personal data will be processed until this consent is withdrawn, but no longer than 12 months from the date of sending the application documents to the Company.

We obtained your data from you, your employer, supervisor, or colleague, as well as from your activity during meetings and videoconferences on the Microsoft Teams platform.

We process your personal data for the following purposes:

  1. organizing meetings, videoconferences, and calls in Microsoft Teams
  2. communication and coordination of work and project activities
  3. recording sessions in Microsoft Teams for documentation, training, and quality improvement purposes
  4. archiving and analyzing meeting and call content for internal purposes and compliance with legal regulations

6. How long will we store your personal data?

We will store your data no longer than two months after the termination of the contract with your employer or client who was our customer, supplier, or with whom we cooperated on another basis. After this period, our IT services will delete your data from our cloud computing database, unless there are other grounds for data processing that would allow or obligate the Company to continue processing your data.

7. Who are the recipients of your personal data?

Your personal data is provided to the cloud computing service provider, which currently is Microsoft Corporation.

8. Do we transfer your data to third countries or international organizations?

The data will be processed exclusively within the territory of the European Economic Area, including our cloud computing service providers.

9. Do we use profiling? Do we make automated decisions based on your personal data?

We do not make decisions based solely on automated processing, including profiling, that would have legal effects on you or similarly significantly affect you.

10. What rights do you have in connection with the processing of your personal data?

GDPR grants you the following potential rights related to the processing of your personal data:

  2. The right to rectify (correct) your data,
  3. The right to delete data (if you believe there are no grounds for us to process your data, you can request that we delete it),

The rules related to the exercise of the above rights are detailed in Articles 16-21 of GDPR. The aforementioned rights are not absolute and will not apply to all processing activities of your personal data.
